Get your feet wet by trying out one of these ministries for adults age 18 and up. If the water's too warm, too cold, or the waves are too strong, hop out, dry off, then try something else. Find the pool of water that is just right for you to relax, meet some new friends, and shake off the troubles of the world.

Addiction Recovery

If you desire to be free from addictive and compulsive behaviors, we invite you to explore how you were brought to the realization of your need for recovery, the biblical foundation and mechanics of the twelve-step recovery program, and how it can transform your life.

Men's group meets 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday in Room 301.

Women's group meets 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sundays in Room 306-306
and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesdays in Room 304

Adult Praise Dance

Explore the art of worship through dance and movement. All women ages 16 and up invited. We will choreograph and perform dances in Sunday morning worship services. Meets 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays in the Sanctuary.

Bible Studies

Understanding the Word of God (the Bible) and knowing it in your heart can be a cornerstone to your faith. Madison offers a Bible study group for men on Tuesday, for women on Wednesday, and for everyone on Sunday morning. [ more ]

Breakfast Club

A year long relationship based program designed to address the issue of racism through one on one dialogue. The Breakfast Club pair meets monthly for a meal (not just breakfast) and discusses questions sent to them monthly around the issue of race, with the goal of building authentic, God-centered relationships across racial lines.

Care Groups

These groups seek to bind us together as the body of Christ and encourage care for each other. This is a time for food, fun, and fellowship in an informal, relaxed setting where folks can discuss how to strengthen their faith. [ more ]

College Ministry

Join us for lunch at noon on the second Sunday of the month. On weekdays, join a college-age Care Group. Students are also encouraged to join a Sunday intergenerational Grow Group at 8:30 or 10 a.m.

Creative Community

We invite you to join a monthly discussion & prayer time in which we explore the value of the creative arts in a small group setting. This group is designed for visual artists, dancers, music composers, and writers.
Time/Day: 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7-9 p.m.
Location: EnGedi Center.

Crisis Care

Crisis Care provides encouragement, care, and support to folks in times of need (like the death of a family member, loss of a job, or hospitalizations). Care Group membership is encouraged for ongoing support and discipleship. A trained leader or leaders from Madison may visit you in your home or at the hospital to provide Christ's love and encouragement in your time of need.

Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART)

This team is dedicated to responding to the needs of anyone involved in an unsafe living situation. [ more ]

Fresh Fire Prayer Meeting

Please join us Wednesday mornings for a time of quiet, meditative, biblically-based prayer. Come and be refreshed by the morning dew of the Holy Spirit and be blessed by our intercessory prayer. Our Wednesday evening Fresh Fire service is also open to all who desire to seek God for healing, comfort, encouragement, and direction through our spirit-filled prayers offered from 7 to 7:30 p.m. for individuals and from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. for the church, ministries, neighborhood, and the lost.
6 a.m. and 7 p.m. every Wednesday

Missionary Prayer Time

This is vital work of the Missions Committee and any others who share a passion for supporting our missionaries and spreading the Gospel to all nations. You are welcome! Participants will be asked to contribute toward the cost of the materials*

Madison Moms

Madison Moms is a time for moms of all ages to relax and recharge. We meet each Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m. in the MultiPurpose Room. Childcare is provided.

If you're interested in understanding the talents and desires that God has given you, check out Network to discover your spiritual gifts. Classes are available on Sunday mornings over twelve weeks or occasionally as a full Saturday course.

Want to learn more about Madison? Looking for a pathway to become a member? Newcomers' Class is the place to do all of that. The class is offered on Sunday mornings over eight weeks or occasionally as a four-hourSaturday session.

New Community Living Conversations

Madison is dedicated to fighting racism, and one of the ways that we do that is to gather in a safe place to discuss different issues around the topic of race. Conversations are generally held monthly on Thursday nights after a meal.

Social Justice

We will serve as a God-centered, Bible-based team that will help people at Madison and in the community become educated about social justice issues and we will be a proactive force that breaks down barriers and helps create a more just community and society. [ more ]

StandUP: Profess Your Faith

This five-week one on one discipleship course ?I Believe? is geared toward folks desiring to publicly profess their faith. At the end of the course you will have an opportunity to stand before the congregation on Sunday morning and go public with your faith. Celebration Sundays occur quarterly (May 18, Aug. 24). 20s and 30s Ministry

If you're in your 20s or 30s, this is home for you. We have a large group gathering once a month and a few small group one-time activities from meals to Bible studies scattered throughout the month. You'll also hear about smaller interest groups that meet regularly that you're welcome to join.

Understanding Racism Workshop

The Understanding Racism workshop helps us develop a common understanding and analysis of racism so that the church might work effectively to dismantle racism. The workshop helps us understand institutional development of racism and manifestations of racism that have the power of racism to destroy all of us. We are also challenged to identify ourselves as Christ-following, anti-racists. Will you help us fight racism?
